Home helpers visit user homes and provide necessary daily life assistance such as bathing, excretion, meals, and housework such as cooking, washing, and cleaning.

  • User requirements

    • Those who are over 60 years old (in the case of a couple, one of them is over 60 years old).
    • Those who feel anxiety about living independently due to advanced aging or the deterioration of physical functions to the extent that they cannot cook for themselves.

    We value the desire of the users to live with their family in the home where they are accustomed, and nursing care through which they can feel the kindness of a community by interacting with others. We provide high-quality and flexible services according to the wishes of the users in order to continue their personal life. We will do our best to provide community-based support.

  • Home-visit nursing care services (Long-term Care Level 1 to 5)

    Regarding the content of services, there are two main categories: life support and physical care. The care compensation amount will vary depending on use so the co-payments will depend on what kind of service you use. Before the start of home- visit nursing care service (the same applies to the integrated business), the service provision supervisors will exchange a contract, at which time we will explain the co-payments and the contents of the service.

  • Comprehensive business (Support Need Level 1 to 2)

    If a user cannot receive support from a family member living at home, services will be provided by a home helper. The points of difference from home-visit care is that the purpose is to maintain physical functions by having the user personally perform as much daily housework as possible, and to carry out daily life at home as much as possible.
